Softext is introducing two new purchase options for our 1-Stop system for fund dealers and investment companies. Under the new plan customers can choose the existing annual rental plan or purchase the program with or without an ongoing software maintenance agreement.
We are also introducing a Source Code purchase option. If you are a company with plans to build your own account administration system you can purchase our source and use it as the foundation. Under the terms of Source Code license agreement you are prohibited from reselling the program code or utilizing it in another commercial application. Otherwise you are free to use it to build your own in-house system. Softext will assist customers that have limited technical resources by providing customization and general programming on a per diem basis. We will are also willing to provide training and support for in-house programmers.
